I live in the UK, and Browns Plains Real Estate have been managing my property in the Gold Coast for the past 12 years. During that time the service I have received has been exemplary. Being remote from the property there is the potential for problems to go unaddressed, or for me to be ‘forgotten’; however, any time a problem has arisen, they have acted efficiently and effectively to resolve it.
