I have many prospective clients calling me who are unhappy with their current agents due to lack of communication. When I say lack of communication I mean they cannot reach anyone to speak to about their investment property. They leave continual messages but no-one calls them back.
If you are one of these investors who are continually trying to contact your real estate agent with no success why do you stay with them and continue to pay them fees?
I still believe in common courtesy where if someone leaves you a message you call them back. It really isn’t that difficult and there is no excuse. So next time you cannot reach your real estate agent and leave a message and still do not hear anything from them please remember this blog.
