It is with much disappointment that I have to say I went to a self-managed property this week and what an absolute mess.
There are holes in the walls, the house is filthy, and more than filthy it is like nothing I have ever seen before. There is rubbish lying around inside the house and around the yard. The glass stovetop is smashed; the property requires a full internal paint and new carpet as a carpet clean would be rendered useless in this instance. The list of repairs goes on and on missing screens, broken screens, broken doorstops, broken blinds, broken light fittings etc.
We are now in the process of assisting this owner who has called us in desperation.
There is no Property Management job too big for our experienced team and once again we will work our magic.
