Our Property Managers are here to work with you and for you. They will contact you after each open home to advise of the following:
- Number of prospective tenants that viewed the property
- Feedback that prospective tenants provided during open home
- Number of applications received into the office
They will also advise you of the median rent price for the property, vacancy rate for our agency, vacancy rate for the area and number of properties in similar price range.
