How often do you hear from your managing agent with value added information?
I have recently been making call connects to contacts in my VIP investor database just to say hi and to see if they are happy with their current managing agents and curren tenants. I have had some wonderful feedback from many of these investors that I spoke to stating that they receive my weekly emails with updates on properties for sale in the area, my newsletters prodiving them with up to date information on the local area and new legislation affecting them. Some have even mentioned they here more from me than they do from their current agents.
