Many times we have prospective clients ask about our fees. We can only advise that at the end of the day you get what you pay for.
It is the same as selecting a car. You cannot expect that a car purchased for $5000.00 is going to perform the same as a car purchased for $50,000.00.
The way in which someone selects a Property Manager should not be based on fees but based on performance, service and guarantee.
