As you know, we have had houses managed by other agents and the thoroughness and professionalism provided by yourself is over and above anything we have previously experienced. Appreciating that sometimes we may not get back to you as soon as you would like, we recognise that your patience is a virtue in this area.
There is certainly nothing that comes to mind that we would like to see improved.
