Positive experience as tenants with Browns Plains Real Estate.

It has been a pleasure having Browns Plains Real Estate manage our rental home. Marleen and Anna have taken care of us very well; they have been punctual, highly organised and thoughtful of us as tenants. Initial property viewing, application process was well-organised and straightforward. Upon starting the lease, we received a very useful welcome bag and a folder with all the important paperwork. The house keys also came labeled and on a nice keychain (all these details are really helpful when moving in). Furthermore, the team responds quickly to emails and promptly handles maintenance requests. Their communication style is clear and direct, whether by phone or email. Brown Plains Real Estate management team is the best in property management in the area!

Brown Plains Real Estate management team is very responsive, very knowledgeable in their area and very professional in their dealings with landlords as well as their tenant. They thought of everything and leave nothing to chance. Fee structure is simple and not very complicated like other agencies.
